Used it for a few years. Loved it, but pricey.
Comments: Great overall experience. I had no issues with them (apart from the price)
Pros:
I have used them a few years ago when they had Feedback Genius as a service for sending emails to customers. The software was very good. Very well-built and has good functionality. When they united all the software into Seller Labs, I was a client and I remember thinking that the overall platform that they had built is awesome. Very sturdy, with no errors or problems whatsoever.
Cons:
The only issue I had with them was the price. They were charging me close to 100$ a month for software that I later found (and switched to), which was 19$. Pretty big difference.

Pros:
Highly Recommended Software for amazon sellers. Auto generated email system. Best marketing tool. Easy to use. Easy to integrate. Fast and effective. System support. 24/7 customer support.
Cons:
Some features needs to be update. But overall good.
