Pros:
The release lifecycle management plays the vital role in our project life cycle as it proves its importance by making the release management by simplifying the process. The simple and streamline process accelerates the release cycle. The process which earlier take days in maintaining the complex application life cycle now just take few hours in merging and to deliver with the help of release lifecycle management tool by bmc. The pre-build template help in collaboration and auto deploy once the release merger is done successfully. The visibility of end-to-end different product environment help to monitor it. Centralized management is also very helpful in troubleshooting the errors.
Cons:
Release lifecycle management is easy to implement in new product, but complexity level is little high in case of complex products, but once the implementation is done for the large and complex product you always gonna appreciate it.

You can manage multiple software products and multiple releases irrespective of the frequency of releases.
Pros:
There are number of this i like about this, some of them are :- 1. Time to Value-RLML test environment management and deployment processes are streamlined enabling changes to be deployed more rapidly. End users realize the benefits of changes a quickly as possible. 2. Increased Productivity - Its very much straight forward process using RLM for all lengthy tasks 3.Eliminated duplicate and manually-intensive activities. 4. Mitigate Release Failure- there are very less chances of RLM failures.
Cons:
There are no cons as per my experience. But i feel RLM becomes slow as per load is considered. So load balancing is the area where it should be consistant. It becomes bit slow if single RLM is taking time.

Comments: Overall, me and my team like using the RLM tool as it helps us easily manage deployments and integrates very well with Jenkins, SNOW and JIRA systems. I recommend using this product.

- The UI/UX can be modernized to appeal users. - Limited options to adapt to team's specific workflow or process.

Comments: We have 100s of component part of a release train and it’s very difficult to track them manually and this tool comes handy in tracking and making a release successful
Pros:
It provides various approval gates that can be enabled/disabled based on requirements like pre deploy gate, QA approval etc. also you can see entire lifecycle of your product across different environments and create the release train based on the components part of a particular release
Cons:
Little heavy on the process side as you need to identify different resources who can perform various roles like release engineer, config engineer, deployer, QA reviewer etc

Comments: It has all the useful features needed and it is a great piece of software to manage software releases.

There are many great things this software can do. It has multiple abilities like deployment, coordination and tracking of release planning. It is a great DevOp tool.
Cons:
I think there is nothing to dislike and point out as a con.
