Pros:

Really easy to update and navigate, and being able to see a network in one snapshot is great.

Pros:

Customer service is really good, one of the team are always quick to reply and look into any issues. The platform is great for self managing most information, socI don't need to wait on someone else to update.

Cons:

We tend to have issues with information pulling through to apple maps,.I believe the issue is more Apple's end than with the software, as it seems to be better with Google.

I liked TransparenSEE’s ability to manage content on social media, as it provides excellent scheduling, smart options to support the value of the content, and I liked the clear analytics on the best times to publish to increase engagement.

Cons:

TransparenSEE is free of complications, very smart, and provides a dashboard that facilitates collaboration.

Comments: I believe it's a great tool for citation management with some bonus features

Cons:

Whenever citation fields are locked (ie. can't update business phone number myself), I don't like my inability to edit and save quickly. I have to contact our rep to make the change for us.

With TransparenSEE, I loved how all the updated reviews from all the sites and social media were collected on one page, it made it easy to collaborate on understanding the comments and formulating the appropriate response to them. I loved how TransparenSEE enabled us to not miss any negative or positive comments/reviews, and to reach out to satisfied and dissatisfied customers and retarget them independently and effectively.

Cons:

It happens that the list of reviews does not update automatically, which may affect the speed of our response.

Comments: Wir nutzen das Tool in unterschiedlichen Abteilungen (bzw Häusern), unabhängig von einander. Der Überblick über alle Häuser ist sehr hilfreich zur Nachverfolgung und Verbesserung einzelner Standorte.

Pros:

Die Einfachheit der Nutzung, vor allem für das Bearbeiten mehrerer Standorte und das Beibehalten des Überblicks dessen.

Cons:

Ich würde mir wünschen vom Dashboard aus sofort zu den einzelnen features zu gelangen (zB Reviews/not responded to > anklicken und gleich auf den not responded Reviews zu gelangen)

Comments: Très utile et nous permet de sauver temps et énergie

Pros:

D’avoir toute l’information de nos fiches Google regroupées à un seul endroit et de faire des publications en bulk

Cons:

Parfois les nouvelles features ont besoin d’être rodées avant d’être bien fonctionnelles, comme le posts Apple. Sinon le bulk upload des locations pour des posts Google n’est pas facile à utiliser.

Comments: Je n'ai jamais travaillé avec un autre logiciel, donc je ne peux comparer. Par contre, je le trouve très utile pour les données que j'ai besoin.

Clarté des données et facilité de navigation.

Cons:

À ce jour, aucun pour l'instant. J'aimerais avoir la possibilité de générer des rapports complets sur les statistiques et avoir également des insights sur les initiatives.
