Easy for beginners, useful for pros

Pros:

It's easy to use for beginners and it provides a full set of features to implement several kinds of application

Cons:

Maybe it could be improved about handling several peak of loads and traffic

Pros:

Beanstalk offers a variety of project management and deployment tools with fine grain control over what happens when you commit, etc. The user interface is slick and friendly, exactly what you would expect. In the past, integrations have come in handy notably Basecamp.

Cons:

Price could be lower and since git was introduced speed also.
