Integration with Chirotouch

Comments: The customer service is great and it's easy to connect with a representative.

Pros:

I really appreciate how easy we were able to transition from our previous collection process to using openedge. This platform integrates seemlessly with Chirotouch and has made end of day balancing a breeze.

Cons:

The way that refunds and voids appear on the end of day transaction report in Chirotouch.

Great for software integration

Comments: Worked really well when we had Chirotouch software. Never had any issues.

Pros:

Seamlessly integrates with ChirotouchPayment links easily emailed to patients

Cons:

Customer service can be challenging since it's outsourced (like most companies).
