Cooper Rose Digital - Fantastic System and Service

Pros:

Cooper Rose Digital is a highly agile system with the ability to handle fast paced product launches and integrations. The 24/7 support function is impressive as is the relationship management side of the business . Cooper Rose Digital has allowed us to deliver on our strategy, growing our portfolio and distribution channels with ease.

Cons:

We had a few minor issues with migration that caused an initial problem but this was quickly resolved by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team.

Best software provider we have ever used!

Comments: Excellent! We are really very pleased with our software partner, they are transparent, honest and do not have hidden charges when implementing new features an products.

Pros:

The system is very easy to use, it’s configurable and is a proper full stack MGA platform that meets our needs.

Cons:

It’s hard to identify cons, the system is continually being updated with new and value adding features, we are able to launch new products within weeks and when we do identify any bugs they are normally fixed within days.

Enjoyed working with the team at CRD

Comments: Our spec was always changing but CRD always rose to the challenge, I highly recommend working with them.

Pros:

Cooper Rose Digital have a very hands on approach, the whole team are at your disposal, it's very easy to setup meetings with them to discuss ideas and new projects.

Cons:

We had a few integration issues at the start but the team at CRD met with us to ensure they were resolved as quickly as possible.

Cutting edge insurance software

Comments: Working with Cooper Rose Digital was a breath of fresh air. True professionalism and with experts who understood both Insurtech and Insurance. The discovery phase was such an amazing experience and allowed us to really understand what we needed from our core system. The support team and our dedicated account manager are all available for anything, and their post go-live support gives us great confidence we are in great hands. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Agile development; value for money; innovative business; friendly and capable staff; secure and safe software; collaborative style

Cons:

It's a shame we did not work with them earlier!

Easy to use system offering a bespoke digital platform to transact business

Comments: It provides a unique platform that we can offer to our broker partners as a means of quoting and binding cover in an efficient manner, plus providing a joint access location to view current and previous quotes and policies.

Pros:

Very user friendly therefore easy to train others how to use it. Information and premiums display in real-time with policy documents easily accessible and made available by email and also on the customer's account. Straight forward process to make amendments to existing quotes or policies. Good oversight given into overall book of quotes/policies and status of each.

Cons:

A number of features have already been discussed and implemented, with a few more in the pipeline to further enhance the efficiency of the system and automate more processes. Customer centric system would be helpful rather than policy centric.

Great stuff all at CRD

Comments: Great experience, working through a changeable product spec and design in conjunction with ourselves and the wider team.

Pros:

Excellent management and tech support provided by Dan & the team at CRD.

Cons:

Some issues with porting from staging to live environment - investigated and resolved very promptly from the team at CRD!

Fantastic System

Comments: Working with Cooper Rose Digital has been truly amazing. They have automated an insurance product that was previously processed completely manually. I was initially anxious as my IT skills are not one of my greatest strength. However, Cooper Rose Digital guided me every step of the way to understand what they needed and they did the rest! The complex rating and choices of cover available did not present any insurmountable problems for Cooper Rose Digital. The portal is designed with referral triggers for manual underwriting where necessary, which means the end client is never disappointed. The whole experience has been so professionally executed and speedy that we are now on to our next product to launch.

Pros:

The product is extremely easy to use. It allows the proposer to select various cover options. The premium for each cover option is clearly shown at each step, so the proposer can change cover options to fit their budget.

Cons:

I can't think of any. Everything we asked for, was delivered.

Comments: Nothing is too much trouble and they are very helpful and are always open to ideas on improvement / changes.

Pros:

Great system to use, and any changes required are reacted to quickly.

Cons:

Nothing springs to mind, once you get used to using it, its all good!
