Agrxis Review on Samsung Pay

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: My whole Samsung Pay experience has been excellent. My ability to manage my money and make payments while on the go has been greatly improved by the app. I like how convenient and simple the app is to use. I also like how it has extra security features like fingerprint authentication and tokenization. It's also really handy that I can have all of my credit, debit, and loyalty cards on my phone in one location. The app's widespread acceptance, including at businesses without NFC terminals, has allowed me to make payments quickly and without fuss. I also value Samsung Pay's cashback deals and rewards program because they provide users another reason to use the app. When I've had queries or problems with the app, I've always found Samsung Pay to be quite receptive and helpful in terms of customer care. Even though there are a few minor drawbacks to the app, they do not take away from my overall satisfaction with Samsung Pay. Overall, Samsung Pay is an excellent choice for anyone searching for a safe, practical, and well-liked payment method.

Pros:

Using Samsung Pay has been a fantastic experience for me. The app's convenience is one of the features I appreciate most. It has been lot simpler for me to manage my funds on the go now that I can save all of my credit, debit, and loyalty cards in one location on my phone. The software has a straightforward and easy-to-use layout that makes it incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. I value the additional security precautions the app takes to protect my financial information, such as fingerprint authentication and tokenization. The widespread acceptance of Samsung Pay is another aspect I enjoy. Even if a business doesn't have an NFC terminal, I can use the app practically anywhere that accepts credit or debit cards. The app's cashback deals and rewards program are also a pleasant perk. Last but not least, whenever I've had queries or problems with the app, I've found Samsung Pay's customer care to be quite helpful and responsive. Overall, Samsung Pay is an excellent choice for anyone searching for a safe, practical, and well-liked payment method.

Cons:

Despite having a mostly favorable experience with Samsung Pay, there are a few aspects of the app that I dislike the most. First of all, the app might occasionally be slow to load or reply, which is annoying when I need to make a purchase right away. Second, my card has occasionally been denied by Samsung Pay even though it has always worked correctly when manually swiped. When attempting to make a transaction, this can be inconvenient and has led to some confusion.

The most secure payment service

5.0 last year

Pros:

It's much more secure than other payment services. It's competitors save your credit card information to it's cloud servers while Samsung Pay saves it to your phone. This also makes it usable if you don't have service or wifi.

Cons:

They removed MST which was one of it's defining features.

Secure and Convenient Online Payment Solutions.

4.0 2 years ago

Pros:

I've never had a problem with the processing of payments, which makes it very secure. Additionally, the interface is user-friendly and dependable. If you are familiar with mobile payment apps, you can conveniently use your phone instead of your physical credit card to make payments.

Cons:

Despite its security and reliability, I've noticed that this particular payment method isn't universally accepted everywhere, which has been somewhat disappointing. Its adoption hasn't reached the widespread level I had initially anticipated. Perhaps, given enough time, we'll witness a significant increase in its usage. I must acknowledge that Google Pay outperforms it in this realm, providing a more seamless and widespread payment experience.

A good digital wallet

5.0 3 years ago

Comments: I have had a good experience with Samsung Pay, it has allowed me to save time and be more productive because I can have my accounts in one place, without having to carry many cards with me. It is an excellent product, it is the future.

Pros:

The best thing about Samsung Pay is the trust and security that the brand gives you when making transactions, it is a very transparent and non-invasive process that gives warmth to the user. The interface is good, simple, beautiful, and easy to use. The NFC payment process works well and quickly. If you have a Samsung mobile it is the best option you can have, but if you have an Android mobile it is a great option to value.

Cons:

A greater reach is needed from the brand because there are countries that cannot access Samsung Pay services, and in the same way, there are commercial premises that do not allow paying with this app.

Almost Elite brand Samsung Pay

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: My overall experience has been excellent!

Pros:

Samsung is a fantastic brand as it is! When Samsung Pay was created it was a bit of a blessing. Compared too Apple Pay I think Samsung Pay is definitely more of an Elite option. My Pros for Samsung Pay are that it's really easy to launch Samsung Pay when I need it quicksand effectively. The tap and go is so simple and easy to use. I would %100 recommend this product too someone more so my colleagues.

Cons:

Cons: are simple enough to fix which would be that it would be nice if that the app didn't randomly launch when accidentally tapped or bumped in the pocket.

Samsung Pay, or Goolgle Pay? You choose.

3.0 2 years ago

Comments: It was not a bad experience in the early days of the app, but honestly it doesn't seem as widely used as I thought it was supposed to be. If it and I don't know it then they should find a better way to inform Samsung mobile phone users. Perhaps a series of rolling notifications to let me know it's accepted at every terminal Google pay is. I just don't know much about the app anymore. It would help if I were reminded.

Pros:

I liked how it was integrated with my Samsung mobile Phone. It made in app purchasing quick, and the app is intuitive if you have a Samsung Phone.

Cons:

I am a purist so I almost always have my wallet and debit card on me. When the app first came out I was keen to use it, but over time Google Pay just proliferated. This may not still be the case but when the Samsung Pay app first came out it was not accepted at many POS terminals near me. So I stopped using it. Then recently I had a few experiences where I happened to leave my wallet at home. I had a new Samsung Phone but had not enabled the app. I also did not remember my debit card to enter it in. But somehow Google pay was working. It was because I had used it on my desktop to purchase something online and it saved my information. I was saved! Ever since then I have used Google pay. Google did a better job of integrating it. Perhaps it was just my luck, but I have also never had a terminal not accept Google pay.

Not so good experience with Samsung Pay

3.0 2 years ago

Pros:

It is very easy to make payments with this app and you also get rewards on making transactions.

Cons:

Unlike other apps, it is not supported in every phone. Also, the rewards you get are related to particular websites. So if someone doesn’t want to purchase from that particular website, such rewards are not at all useful for him/her. I also face technical glitches very often while using this app.

Life saver

5.0 4 years ago

Comments: Its a lifesaver if you forget your wallet. I'm in an area where tap to pay is very common, and if I forget my card at home and I have to pay for my groceries, it somehow still works just by hovering your phone over the card swipe area. I have proven to many small shops that Samsung Pay will work with the magnetic strip. Depending on the device at the store it takes a couple of tries but worth it.
Easy, quick, convenient and the perks that came with it!

Pros:

Saved me at a restaurant! Their card reader was not working properly because it kept declining all of my cards the man asked if I had Apple pay or Samsung pay and I said yeah I can try it and it ended up working so weird but it saved me from going somewhere else and wasting already made food. I love Samsung Pay when it works for most transactions. The recent email that I received where the acquisition of points for transactions will end on December 31st is very saddening. I honestly hope that situation is temporary because I do actually like everything that I have Samsung whether Apps, or Devices. Don't be intimidated to try. You just scan your fingerprint (security+++). The app will give you about 30 seconds to scan. Just hold the back of your phone against the reader-it scans immediately, and you're done. I did not have to enter last 4 digits of card. Now, I won't have to worry so much about losing my card, having it stolen, or forgetting it at home or in my purse in the car. Please keep working hard to allow the points for transactions to return as soon as possible.

Cons:

Fingerprint authentication is smooth. Easy way to pay. Not like google pay, Samsung worked immediately and more quickly. I like the transaction notifications too. The ads in the app can be ignored if you just use the "quick access" feature of swiping the Samsung Pay card from the home screen and it directly takes you to your cards. This app takes away the worry of losing/forgetting my wallet while I'm out. Everything I need is unlocked at a touch of my fingerprint or scan of my face or irises for added security. My accounts are quickly organized and always ready to use right away. I never have to be embarrassed at the checkout line ever again!! Oh, and since it's digital and contact free, I'm staying safe and saving the environment with each purchase.

Perhaps Samsung should PAY more attention to the details

3.0 4 years ago

Comments: out of all my tap to pay apps, this one I use the least. However I have never had any issues at all with it. Probably because Samsung is so familiar with my spending habits. haha
I would like to see it fully utilizing predictive AI more. If I'm at a location where I purchase supplies with a company card then that should be the card in the wallet that appears first.

Pros:

If you are familiar with any of the tap to pay systems that have sprung up over the last few years Samsung's is no different unless you are not familiar with their platform. I have been a fan of their flagship phone for years and while I utilize many of its exclusive features every day it took some time for me to join their payment system. It is nice that it is simply a small upward swipe and *Schwoop* my digital wallet is right there, ready for spending. The various security protocols being customizable is pretty neat too. I regularly switch it from eye scan to fingerprints depending on dress.

Cons:

The reason for me holding out for as long as I did, is that despite being a a user of much of their hardware I refused to buy into what Samsung calls an "account". Samsung has to have one of the furthest reaching , privacy breaching policies I have ever fearfully read while trying to understand why I should allow a company, any company to know that much about me. Also, the fact that once you add payment methods it seems to automatically change your setting to attempt to be your default payment platform.

My Samsung My fingerprint pay

5.0 4 years ago

Comments: Samsung pay may not be the best out there yet but it one of the most secure and easy way of payment without putting your cards on risk.

Pros:

super easy setup, clean interface, works at every credit point of sale in the Us and about 17 more other countries, money account management options.

Cons:

Cant use it to pay friends, limited to only a few countries in the world, privacy policy, not the best, not all credit cards are accepted.
