Cons:

I would like for DocVilla to give me the option to email patients when a change is made on their appointment. Sometimes a mistake is made, such as telehealth is booked in Error. When this happens patients get confused.

Comments: I have evaluated a lot of EHRs before we switched to DocVilla and love it.

Everything. It's easy to use EHR with labs, eRx, practice management, cloud based, telemedicine, inventory management. I love their feature of services where we can bundle the ICD, CPT and SOAP. Customer service is phenomenal.

Affordable all in one cloud based EHR

Comments: Easy to use, excellent customer service, all in one and affordable compared to features that it offers.

Pros:

Works great for my med spa. Have inventory management and billing module built within the EHR. So I can manage the patient scheduling, track inventory, charge patients, send automatic reminders, get consent forms signed, have a patient portal, etc. all in one place.

This is an excellent software. I do not have any complaints.

Pros:

It’s all in one EHR. I use it for both weight loss and primary care practice. Has ton templates and also has the ability to create custom templates. Support is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Love DocVilla EHR. There are no cons in the software.

Best EMR system

Comments: Fabulous and excellent. The customer service is amazing.

Pros:

I work as office manager in two medical practices. One of them uses DocVilla. It has all the features that the doctor and staff needs including medical billing. I recommended DocVilla to the doctor of the other practice I work with and he would also be implementing DocVilla in his practice for EMR, telemedicine, billing, and patient portal.

This is all in one EMR and has everything that you can think of.

Mental Health Therapist Review

Comments: I have been using DocVilla for approximately 1 month and I can say it's very user friendly. There are also a ton of tutorials I can watch if I'm not sure how to do something.

Pros:

As a new therapist, DocVilla has made scheduling simple. If a client discusses medication management in session, I can easily schedule an appointment with one of our psychiatrists and vice versa. I love that I can join video conferences directly as well as complete my charting and case notes all in one spot. I'm sure there are many features I haven't discovered yet as a new user. I like that I can record sessions for discussions during clinical supervision.

Cons:

I am a new user, so maybe this is possible. But I wish there were a chat option available during video conferences. I could easily add links to resources for my clients there. That would be a bit more convenient for me than screen sharing.

5 star EHR and Practice Management Software

Comments: I work remotely and it's very fast software. So never had any issues with any downtime. I do patient scheduling and medical billing and other office management in DocVilla EHR.

Nothing so far. The doctor loves it. It's super user friendly, fast and easy to use. It's perfect.

Really Happy with DocVilla

I love their customer service. We needed a lot customization which not many EHRs were offering. DocVilla helped us with customization as well as custom white labeled patient portal.

It has a lot of features so it has a learning curve. Otherwise, it's a great platform.

Compared to other systems we've used DocVilla is miles ahead of any of the competition when it comes to customer support.

We are a small psych practice. The system works great but some decisions have been made for features that don't fit the best with our needs but fit better for larger practices.

We are part of bigger hospital system and already have EPIC. We wanted an easier EHR for direct primary care, telemedicine, patient portal and other needs. DocVilla was able to provide that solution as we didn’t find many softwares with DPC. Customer service is great, professional and prompt. Also, I have not seen any downtime yet in EMR.

Cons:

Nothing that comes in my mind. There was a learning curve in creating templates but customer service helped us out with training. It’s fast and pretty much everything including erx, telemedicine works fine.

Best EMR PM I have seen

I would highly recommend DocVilla to any practice. I work as IT Strategy consultant and have been recommending and leveraging DocVilla for multiple practices. All the doctors have been extremely happy with the software as well as customer support. DocVilla EMR engineering team is knowledgeable to even customize the software for various practices e.g I have connected DocVilla with salesforce CRM using API for patient marketing.

Comments: I am senior IT consultant and help medical practices choose the right software. I refer DocVilla to any practice looking for all in one software and at the same time need secure and fast software. They use AWS and Google cloud.
