About Zoho Mail
Zoho Mail is a secure, encrypted, and enterprise-ready email solution, a suite of apps tailor-made for your organization's needs.
Zoho Main is easy to implement and very stable. Their support team also responds to tickets quickly.
So you need the desktop after all. I rely on desktop anyway but it is shocking that in this day and age, Zoho does not get mobile experience right.

The best professional email service to start
Comments: Very good, first setup was very easy because they have instructions for most domain registrars in their help pages.
Pros:
Their free plan is the best way to start with a professionnal email.
Cons:
Since the professionnal email is hosted on Zoho, it can't be used in android apps like Gmail. However their Zoho Mail app for android works great and I really like it.
Effortless Email Migration from Rediff Mail to Zoho Mail comes with native beautifully designed Mobile App
Comments: Managing organizational email has become a breeze with Zoho Mail's centralized Admin console. I can confidently say that Zoho Mail is one of the best email service providers.
Pros:
When I joined my organization, we were using Rediff mail, which had many security issues and didn't have native mobile access. So, we decided to move from Rediff mail. The whole process to Zoho Mail was seamless. Domain customization setup was extremely easy with no data loss. additionally, my team can use their email on their smartphone.
Cons:
Some of the more advanced functionalities are only available in the higher-tier plans for which you have to spend more. However, the basic features of the Mail Lite Plan of Zohomail still provide everything you need for effective communication and management.
My go-to email hosting service
Comments: Looks very professional but still very easy to setup and use.
Pros:
Very intuitive and easy to setup my 1st corporate email account. And its free-tier is only available for web-based UI, but still wonderful!
Cons:
By now, nothing to complain. If IMAP/POP is available for the free-tier, it would be perfect.
A reasonable email client
Pros:
Zoho functions well at its core, it fulfills the minimums for whats required.
Cons:
Very difficult to setup with external softwares, they are focused on keeping you within their own ecosystem, CRM etc. This is paywalled and a detriment to their product.
Alternatives Considered:
Stop looking elsewhere, start growing today!
Comments: I use it on various domains. Helps me stay on top of my game and my business grows thanks to Zoho Mail.
Pros:
Easy to set up, manually or through their wizards: you´ve got this!
Cons:
Honestly, I have not 1 single complaint.
Alternatives Considered:
Excellent business-level control of Email
Pros:
Easy full control of all accounts. Great Security features.
Cons:
Nothing really. A Linux app would be nice.
Great email service
Pros:
great email service. wish I have more free space as we are small business cannot afford a paying packages.
Cons:
web interface getting slow sometimes. otherwise no issue.
Dependable email hosting
Comments: Great. Long time back, (15 years) I used Zoho mail for a friend. That time itself, they provided free service with best options
Pros:
a honest email service. dependable service
Cons:
All seems good. Now only started using.
great service
Comments: great service thank you, zoho email service
Pros:
great service and well set out, Thank you
Cons:
Not having issues corrected because I am not a premium client
New user feedback
Comments: It was overall good experience. I would highly recommend using for small business running with less budget.
Pros:
Free trial for small business. Easy to setup and access.
Cons:
If at least for one-month IMPA/POP are given for trial, it will help to decide good to go will of users.
It;s good and worthy using Zoho Mail
Comments: It's a bit challenging at first, then things go smoothly, when I het used to with the system.
Pros:
Visually- convenient tracking emails with three columns
Cons:
The email and administrative functions (mail-admin and domain management) are not in the same interface, I have to browse two websites. I was confused setting up domain. More on-site instructions (while setting up email) be provided to user, for example, when I log-in Zoho the first time with my own domain email, it instructs me something like "a password has been sent to your email for your login". I could not log-in because I have terminated my email service before.
My Experience With Zoho
Pros:
The integration and ease of use, bringing in my other team as an administrator, and managing their workspace from my admin console, I'd say, are top-notch, whereby I could assign passwords and others to my team.
Cons:
Currently, Zoho has been meeting my email security and management needs, and their is nothing not to love about it.
Its a mailbox, it does the job
Comments: It's okay. I don't especially love the program and to be honest, I'm so used to the google mail and intuitiveness of the application that it just becomes second nature to me.
Pros:
I honestly think that most mailbox apps are similar. I went from using an older system to this, and to be honest, it's very similar.
Cons:
I feel like most mailbox programs are similar in style. Nothing exciting, some work better than others. This one seems to be fine.
Zoho has played a huge part in my business ventures for the past 4 years.
Comments: Amazing
Pros:
I have built 5 companies in the past 4 years. For each one, I have used Zoho and have utilised different products including Mail, Inventory Manager, the HR platform and more. It is amazing how seamless the intergration between these products is and how user friendly the platform is, providing what seems like hundreds of different products. Although I have a technical background, many of my employees do not and yet they can manage customising and setting up new domains fine. Zoho will always have my heart!
Cons:
Nothing really, at points it might be frustrating when I make mistakes in integration setups, but this is on me haha.
Best Free Company Email Software
Comments: I highly recommend this software. Its easy to use and has all the features of a top rate email software even with the free version.
Pros:
It always for easy management of company team email accounts
Cons:
Storage is limited in the free version. I am not sure if there is a feature to backup emails off the zoho server which would be an excellent solution to this issue.
Cost-effective email domain provider with loads of features and third-party integrations
Comments: I have used Zoho Mail for over two years as an email domain provider for my part-time IT consulting business. After paying only 16 dollars a year for an email domain, I expected an inferior product. After months of continuous use, I realized I was getting a bargain. Their platform is quite robust, considering you are given many integration options, both white-label and third-party.
Pros:
I am fond of the simplicity of the user interface, and how easy it is to navigate all the features and functionality of the platform such as creating and reading emails, syncing events to your calendar, and accessing the host of white-label features and third-party integrations that allow you to sync it with your other business systems like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. The $16 annual price tag for a starter account is a wise choice in today's marketplace, making it perfect for any budget-conscious entrepreneur looking for a quality email domain provider that can also be coupled with a robust and cost-effective CRM.
Cons:
I couldn't find any drawbacks for my particular use case, only it would be nice to see some visual or functional updates in the future. The GUI, although easy to navigate, is not visually appealing.
Favourite Email Client
Pros:
I like that I can set up businesses with 5 free domains at no expense to myself.
Cons:
I don't like the layout the most and how when I use it on my laptop screen and have multiple tabs open it cuts even the first one off.
Zoho Mail Review

Pros:
I find it intuitive to navigate. Appreciate the responsiveness and helpfulness of the support team in addressing their queries and issues.
Cons:
Still figuring out Cons. I am a new user

Zoho Mail Seems Great So Far
Pros:
I just signed up, which was very easy and straight forward. They offer 2FA, which some of the alternatives don't. They also provide macOS and iOS apps, which is very nice for a change. I also like how they offer a free service for a single domain so that you can test their service out. This free offering might even be enough for some people, possibly myself included!
Cons:
Nothing yet, the service seems to have everything I need.
Zoho mail friendly for every user.
Comments:
Zoho mail is very useful I suggest it for business.
Value for money if they can fix a little bit the customer support it will be a top mail app.
Pros:
The most important elements of Zoho Mail are its security, combination with cloud storage, and extensive variety of highlights accessible. It coordinates well with outlook and cell phones.
Cons:
Poor customer support Very rare reply to my requests and if they reply is with very big delay.
Perfect soluction for Startups
Pros:
Professional tool, low cost, easy administration, high security.
Cons:
I can't find anything that I didn't like.
Great for global and small/entry level businesses.
Comments: Zoho Mail has a wide range of tools that gives small business owners control of day-to-day processes. It has made starting a business more understandable and provides the level of organization needed. I love how Zoho Mail wants to see its business users succeed and that's great motivation to use the platform more!
Pros:
I found that this emailing system is fluid enough to work as personal and business.

Continue to improve on the spam filters and email management system.
