Comments: Hands down, the best business planning software I have ever used.

Pros:

It is extremely easy to use, it's intuitive, it guides you through it step by step and it's extremely easy for others to collaborate.

Cons:

I wish I could build the company org chart with titles and responsibilities and produce functional org charts. In the business plan, some of the modules you can't change or adjust.

There are still some glitches as I remember, which we can discuss in details through your support, as we have already started. I hope you will implement my improvements suggested or requested. It will enhance dramatically the experiences of all your customers.

It's like the Rolls-Royce of preparing such documents!!

Unfortunately, that Rolls-Royce needs a very good driver.

Intuitive AI Savior

Comments: Great. I quickly onboarded and enjoyed the experience. I was provided a platform that took my business plan 10x better than what I could have done on my own, or even more so!

Pros:

The simplicity and intuitiveness to help augment my workflow were exactly what I was looking for. As professional as I am, it is always nice to “enjoy” working, and Upmetrics does just that for me. Also, I had a couple of support issues which were addressed with lightening speed. This is a huge factor and they at Upmetrics have customer service nailed.

Cons:

Upmetrics is not perfect. There are some quirky things as with all software and systems. What I did not like was the menus always requiring me to re-hide them when switching sections. There are a few other minor areas of UX improvements that could happen, but I do not have a big fish to complain about.

Importing and adjusting my old plan required some initial effort, as not everything aligned perfectly from the start. But, everything was easy after that.

I’ve been running my small online retail business from my garage. When I decided to transition from a home-based business to a commercial enterprise, I needed a plan for business expansion. I was overwhelmed by online guides and articles on business planning, but Upmetrics helped. Upmetrics’ sample templates, drag-and-drop builder, and automated financial forecasting tool helped me create my expansion plan in less than a week. It’s worth every penny.

Cons:

I was creating a business plan for the first time and I had no clue about it or the tool, so it was challenging. I spent a good couple of hours exploring the software and went through the product tour to get to know it. While their customer support is top notch, a call support would have been a bit better.

Pros:

I created a compelling, brilliantly formatted business plan in very little time using Upmetrics. The templates were a spring board for whenever I was stuck with an idea because it gave me clarity as to what is expected professionally. It was a time saver and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Also, a thumbs up for their responsive, excellent customer service.

Cons:

It's a great product in all ramifications. I had no issues whatsoever so this doesn't apply.

But the real star was the built-in AI feature. I simply described my concept in plain language, and the AI reformulated it into a much more persuasive pitch. The difference was night and day! Overall, I highly recommend this tool for anyone creating a business plan.
