BigCommerce export made easy
Pros:
We like Skyvia for a range of automation options it offers. Instead of downloading data manually from BigCommerce every day, we just put a scheduling timer in Skyvia and the needed files arrive on time. Also, it's cool that not all data needs to be downloaded at the same time as Skyvia allows us to select specific entries we need for our marketing and sales activities.
Cons:
There is not so much negative to say about Skyvia since it satisfies our expectations. The only wish is to add more flexibility to the pricing plans. With the plan we have, only 5 scheduled integrations per day are available. And the next plan offers 50 integrations per day. What if we need around 15? Not a big deal, but adding more flexibility would be a cool thing.

Easy Solution for Complex Problems
Pros:
The onboarding was incredibly simple, the tool is intuitive and it's features are straightforward in use. There's so much documentation on how to use the tools and get the most out of them.
Cons:
Export scheduling could use a few more options, such as biweekly or every third Saturday, but those are super specific "nice to haves". This tool has met every need I've asked of it.
Overpromised, Underdelivered
Comments: Successfully migrated CRMs.
Pros:
I used this tool to migrate from Zoho to Salesforce. The good news - with hard work and dedication, you can probably get the job done. I did, and I couldn't find any other tool to do so with our conditions of satisfaction.
Cons:
Documentation is terrible, and I had no luck with customer support. Recently tried using the tool again to push Hubspot data to a Google Sheet and the tool kept freezing.

Simple + Amazing = Simply Amazing!
Comments: Amazing
Pros:
We loved the simplicity. The ease of use. The access into SaaS integrations was implemented better than SkyVia Competitors..
Cons:
There is little to complain about. The software was great. The only thing I would suggest is bundle pricing.

Easy backup solution for Salesforce
Comments: We use Skyvia for automated daily backups of our Salesforce CRM instance. It does that well, the user interface is clean and simple, and their customer support is good.
Pros:
Skyvia makes automatic cloud backups easy, at an affordable rate for a small company.
Cons:
Restoring data from a Skyvia backup could be a little more simple.
Skyvia Makes My Job Easier!
Comments: Skyvia is an essential tool for our organization. Data must sync to several different locations and Skyvia handles it automatically and with ease. Highly recommended!
Pros:
Our data resides in Salesforce but it must sync to Google Sheets and Microsoft SQL Server on a daily, even hourly, basis. Skyvia makes that happen with very little intervention from our data management team. Set it an forget it.
Cons:
It can be challenging to create complicated SQL statements that pull Salesforce data.
Skyvia has really changed our business for the better!
Pros:
It's ease of use, easy implementation, customization features, great customer support, and automations.
Cons:
Long queue time for running imports/integrations
Seamless Replication from Cloud Apps to BigQuery
Pros:
Skyvia has many great functions, but we really appreciate scheduling. We use this function to make regular replication of Timely and Salesforce data to BigQuery. As Skyvia regularly sends Timely records, we could see, for example, how many hours per day an employee spends and maybe whether they work too much. Such things help us to stay flexible and make adequate decisions.
Cons:
To be honest, we'd like to design replication pipelines for other tools we currently use. However, Skyvia doesn't provide a pre-built connector for that yet, even though we know it supports almost 200 tools. So, it's something we dislike about Skyvia and would want the team to consider our requests to include Instagram insights.
Nice backup solution for SF
Pros:
Skyvia's Backup is transparent because you clearly see what things you back up and how they will be restored. We have selected Skyvia backup our SF data since the backup is done in a visual form, so our administrators can do it without calling IT team. But, they don't have to do it very often, as we managed to set up automated backups with Skyvia.
Cons:
When we started using Skyvia Backup, we didn't receive any notifications about the free space available for backup storage, and we didn't know that the latest backups were deleted when there was a lack of space. Just for notice who had the same thing -- go to the Notifications in the account and set up notifications there.
Friendly solution for data export from Google Sheets to Amazon S3
Pros:
What we absolutely adore about Skyvia is its simplicity and efficiency. It's like having a reliable colleague who takes all the hassle out of data export tasks. Setting up data flows from Google Sheets to Amazon S3 is straightforward, thanks to the intuitive interface — no headaches, no need to be a tech wizard! The best part is the automation capabilities. It's amazing how we can set up schedules for data exports, making repetitive tasks disappear like magic. It ensures our data in Amazon S3 is always fresh without any manual prodding.
Cons:
What bugs us a bit is the lack of more advanced features within the platform itself. It's not a dealbreaker, but it would be fantastic if these capabilities were beefed up, making it a one-stop shop for all our data handling needs.
Robust cloud backup solution
Comments: The aim of using Skyvia Backup was a requirement to keep data safe in the cloud. We use Salesfroce CRM system to manage customer's contacts. So, we needed to be confident that important data cannot be deleted by a particular user or even so, we wanted to have an ability to restore it. Thus, Skyvia Backup helped us to easily copy data into Azure storage from SF account without additional software installation. As we didn't want to backup all data we just filtered fields and chose required objects, it was easy. Every step is clear and all our questions were answered by customer support\documentation. Overall, Skyvia Backup met all our requirements
Pros:
The most valuable point for me when choosing Skyvia Backup it's simplicity in use. Backup creation and restore operations take only a few clicks and UI is intuitive. As data is stored in the cloud, I can get access to them at any time only having an Internet connection. Also, I'm confident that all my transferred data is protected as Skyvia keeps backed up data in secure Azure GRS storage in an encrypted form.
Cons:
I think there is only one gap in functionality. Skyvia Backup doesn't provide an opportunity to back up metadata but I hope this feature will be added soon.
Secure cloud backup
Comments: Now I understand I have all data forever, even if it was deleted by a user. Skyvia helped me to back up data from our Dynamics CRM system easily and I don't worry anymore about data security as I know that everything is stored in a cloud and it's safe.
Pros:
It works well. You need just to create a Skyvia account - it's free and you'll get an access to the backup tool for testing with 1GB free. Really, there are minimum actions you need to do to start working. Interface is clear for understanding, thus you even shouldn't read documentation. I like that all my troubles were solved: I was searching for a service which could back up and restore data in the cloud with a good price and Skyvia Backup met all requirements.
Cons:
There is nothing to dislike. Great service.
Skyvia helped me to load Magento data into Zoho CRM
Comments: Our main goal was synchronization between Zoho CRM and Magento, mainly for our product catalogs but also for the customer. We had to load product information from our Magento website to Zoho and update it automatically.
Pros:
Skyvia is a great tool and exactly what we have been looking for.
Cons:
We solved the problem - so everything is ok for us. Nothing to say about dislikes.
Easy to use and implement
Pros:
We use Skyvia to mass update records in a Dynamics 365 environment. Turns out Microsoft is pretty terrible at this.
Cons:
Sometimes it works slower than I expected because of the queue. Although, we haven't faced any mistakes at all.
Skyvia Backup for Zoho CRM data
Comments: We use Skyvia Backup to run automatic daily backups of our Zoho CRM data. So all I need to do is just periodically login to compare different backup versions by dates to see what's changed or got missing (sometimes happens with our customer support team), and restore some particular record by request.
Pros:
I like that I haven't thought about Skyvia Backup since we've scheduled it for our Zoho CRM. It works like a charm, saving our developers and admins several working weeks a year because they do not have to back up data manually.
Cons:
I would like to receive email or push notifications on the successful backup creation, not only on failed ones.
I have been very impressed with the products I have used
Pros:
It is easy. For someone who does not have an extensive background in this area, I was able to dive in and get started pretty quickly....without having to slow down to learn MySQL queries, etc. With all of the tools, out-of-the-box integrations and generally pretty clear documentation I found connecting our systems with Skyvia to be a good experience.
Cons:
When an integration runs, It would be great if there were options for sending/receiving the results...at the very least, receiving an email with the csvs for any failures attached. I am told that this is already on the roadmap.
Moving Users from MySQL DB to Zoho CRM
Comments: We used Skyvia Import scenario for loading users from MySQL database to Zoho CRM. We had to set up the corresponding scheduling so that new users were transferred on a daily basis. Also, we used hourly updates. In order to avoid duplicates (to load only imported new records, based on email address) we used Upsert function while creating a task.
Pros:
Our needs were covered by free Skyvia plan. This is amazing but I am willing to pay for such a nice tool.
Cons:
Nothing at all. We’ve done all our tasks and are satisfied.
We have had a great experience using Skyvia, it certainly covers our needs
Comments: I save worktime, improve accuracy by eliminating human error; I can scale up my product offering to my clients.
Pros:
Ease of use, breadth functionalities, technical support. We have been working with Skyvia team and they have been extremely supportive and knowledgeable on the problems I needed to solve
Cons:
I don't have anything major against Skyvia; Perhaps a little tweaking on the management dashboard could be usefull.
Generally speaking though - very happy with the service to date
Pros:
I think the suite of apps are fantastic - we rely on Skyvia cloud data integration connector every day.
Cons:
Would be nice to see a plan that allowed for very small databases (ours has less than 5k records, for example) to be synchronised with high frequency.
Skyvia offers great value for low cost
Comments: We use Skyvia to export CSV files files from Salesforce and put them to Google Drive. The integration is running every hour and works stable.
Pros:
The platform is easy to configure and works reliably. It was one of the least expensive tools available that fully met our requirements.
Cons:
No cons as Skyvia platform works perfectly well.
I am very satisfied with Skyvia Data Integration
Pros:
I am very satisfied of the service which are providing. Skyvia supports a large list of saas providers
Cons:
I hope that this list will grow in future. As we really do not know, with which requirement list our customers are coming to us for the next project.
No coding solution to integrate PostgreSQL and Zoho
Pros:
Easiness in setup integration between the database and Zoho CRM, scheduled integration, CSV import, Importing feature.
Cons:
Reliability - in case of errors retry logic is a little bit complicated, you need to manually retry the sync or manipulate data (but that's the case only for this specific connectors)
I've had Skyvia on the backburner as a potential flat file integration tool,...
Pros:
My initial impression though is that it is an amazing tool! I've actually been telling people about it every time they bring up Jitterbit or something similar.
Cons:
The one place where it didn't fully meet my needs was in the formulas and logic allowed to map into Salesforce. I wanted to be able to use logic to decide if a field or record should be updated.
Skyvia looks really good, hope it keeps developing
Pros:
Overall, Skyvia had an excellent and really easy interface. I also like the big list of supported cloud connectors.
Cons:
I need the functionality to export zoho crm database to an excel file list.. maybe I have to bridge both side with a sql database, and maybe that is what am I missing.
Skyvia Backup for HubSpot
Comments: We use Skyvia Backup to backup our HubSpot CRM data. We have a big sales department working with HubSpot, so the threat of accidental data deletion and overwriting is always there. We create backups on weekly basis and the service seems to do the job well
Pros:
I like the user interface, and the responsiveness of a support team - all our issues have been resolved in a timely manner
Cons:
Currently it is not possible to automatically delete old backups, so I need to do it manually
