I use this to track trends to find popular products to sell

Pros:

I love that this software is made for using Amazon as a seller so I feel like I can see what will sell so much better plus I can use the same keywords on other sites I sell

Cons:

well it is a pro that this is what Amazon only it is also a con because I have to use different software to help with the rest of the places I sell on

There are better options out there

Comments: It works but is not worth the money.

Pros:

It is a good piece of software and the metrics it tracks are important and useful.

Cons:

Junglescout does far more with less cost. Also, there is free software out there that will do the same thing for you.

Stay away from this company! It's a scam!

Cons:

They will steal your money without any notice once you get on their free trial trap. I cancelled my account during the free trial period because there was no function really there for you to try. I did not notice I was charged for 4 months until I checked my bank statement and they told me yeah I did cancel that account but I had another account open active. I totally had no idea the other account even exist!!! You will never receive bill or charge notice from them and they just steal the money silently no matter what. Everything they set up is for that purpose. Like other folks said, it's totally a SCAM!

Great program, questionable customer service

Comments: I really liked this software and recommended it to multiple clients. I tried out their referral program however and had a lot of issues, didn't get paid, got the run around by customer service etc. Cool concept, but annoying if you need their help.

Worst Payment

Comments: Customer Support is Worst , My payment has been deducted without intimation`

It doesn't work, the customer service is non existent. It's a scam. This is a fake company with no leaders accessible.

The Reviewer Club HUGE disspointment

Comments: I joined AMZ Tracker simply for the Amazon Review Club, It was the same money as Tomoson plus you get the "extras"..... so it seemed like a good deal... But the big flaw is you cannot track the reviews talk to the reviewers until it is too late... They post a bad review and the only way you know it is from AMZ tracker because in the review it says that they got it for FREE... and by then it is too late.... At least with a purchase you can offer a full refund and a replacement product, with a Free product, what do you do.... I'll stick with Tomoson not great but until something else comes along......

Cons:

Jungle Scout works better and is cheaper There are many amazon keyword generators that work just as well and don't cost ANYTHING. I tried to cancel my subscription and thought I had. I even sent something to the chatbot. When I was charged for 3 months and didn't realize it, I contacted them and asked for a refund. Of course, they only refunded my last month. When you go to cancel your subscription there is a FINAL page you have to fill out the word CANCEL in order to end it. I'm positive I just didn't notice this page. It's a TOTAL SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Sneaky Thieves - Run Away

Cons:

Customer service, they will steal your money, stole money from me by hiding the option to cancel the trial and not willing to refund the amount, did not even use the service, just one day during trial.

Weak tool, Weaker Customer Service, Thieves

That I no longer have to use it or deal with their customer service.

The customer service and their attempt to squeeze me for every dollar they can before giving me a refund
