Pros:

Very user friendly. It has helped us in up to date of the Alumni Database.

The icons in the dashboard can be little bit better. Other wise overall experience in using the Portal is good.

Pros:

We received excellent support from the team while developing the portal. The team's ongoing approach and valuable suggestions greatly assisted us in onboarding our alumni. The functionality of onboarding faculty and students in the alumni portal is beneficial, as it allows onboard across the entire network. The team has proven to be truly exceptional and supportive.

The requirement is getting fulfilled so such cons to express.

Alumni portal for SVSD

Comments: Good experience and great support by team till now.

Pros:

Our first alumni batch passed out recently and this vaave alumi portal helping us in getting teh alumni database stored and managing it by their various sort filters like Industry, skills, roles etc. We are looking forward of using this portal for conducting events and engaging alumni. Customer support was great from the team. Onboarding journey was seamless.

Cons:

We are in the exploration stage and haven't reported any issues.

Pros:

Vaave team is really good. Ms. [sensitive content hidden] has amazingaly supported during the whole onboarding journey. There was constant support and in case of any queries or concerns they were properly resolved. Overall onboarding journey was smooth and portal is also easy to use. They provided good homepage design for us.

Cons:

The mobile app of the portal lacks few features other than that all the features are great. I will explore all the features more. Till now haven't encountered any bugs, issues or lags.

SECAB Alumni Portal Review

Comments: Vaave alumni portal is helping us in managing alumni. It is helping us connecting all our institutions and maintaing alumni of al the institutes under one portal.

Pros:

The customer experience at Vaave is truly good. The onboarding Point of Contact (POC) proactively reached out to us and provided timely assistance. The support was consistently available, ensuring a smooth and effortless journey. Even small requests were promptly addressed and completed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Cons:

There is nothing to report as such. Portal is easy to use and we are still exploring.

I am also thankful to Ms. Aashi who was in touch with us during this entire process and replied to us in time and guide us as we are really poor in IT which helped in the successful execution of our alumni portal and received appreciation from our Dean and Faculty members in a short duration which would not be possible without her help.

Cons:

Videos can be uploaded only from Youtube or vimeo and not from the local system.

The support from team was good. We appreciate the continuous follow ups from their end. The features are good. They have also shared marketing creatives to spread the word about portal.

The registration process can be made more simpler.

More customisation options can be given to admin such as in Gallery we should be able to create sub folders within a folder. More templates option could be provided
