Great software, even better customer support.
Comments: It has been great, they have exceeded my expectations from a customer support standpoint. The software is very simple and easy to use but can be customized to fit your needs. The over-the-road drivers like it too because it makes their job easier.
Pros:
I like that the Team at Conduit listens to their customers' requests and is interested in working with them to improve their platform! [sensitive content hidden] and especially [sensitive content hidden], have been outstanding to work with and have exceeded my expectations. The platform is very easy to use and customizes settings for your location.
Cons:
The Alert when drivers check-in is loud and lets you know drivers have arrived, it would be cool if the facilities admin could pick their own tone or alert noise....
Allentown Scheduling
Comments: Very pleasant. [sensitive content hidden] and team were very helpful in the initial trail period answering all of our questions and working through issues very quickly.
Pros:
Driver check in via QR code. Resulted in quicker check in, less congestion in parking lot, faster loading time, decreased detention rates and less upset drivers.
Cons:
There are no immediate dislikes that I have found while working in Conduit.
Coduit use
Comments: Conduit has been easy to use, even tought it came with a slight learning curve.

Ability to have more than one warehouse on the calendar

The way the calendar is set up, I would like it to be more compact/

Comments: The overall experience hasn't been bad once you make it work for your operation.
Pros:
The fact that we can keep track of trucks being loaded. The accurate time of the entire loading process and that we can change information if a load gets rescheduled or canceled.
Cons:
The time it takes for information to actually transfer to the report section. It slows down me being able to run reports.

Dock Scheduling that works and seeks to improve
Comments: Conduit seeks out feedback to improve their product which benefits their customers. It was nerve racking at first to let the Conduit program auto schedule, but I am glad we did. It has worked so well, and delivery drivers really enjoy using it. Communicate to your vendors and carriers about using the Conduit portal to schedule. Hold them to it and you will see the benefits of using this product.
Pros:
The ability to drastically reduce labor to schedule dock appointments. Little to not time is spent on returning emails, voicemails or rescheduling. We now have an automated scheduling setup thanks to Conduit.
Cons:
I have little to dislike because concerns or problems have been addressed by the Conduit team. An email to the support staff has yielded positive changes. An example would be adding the ability to send pictures via the driver chat. This was an item we needed to show a map of our facility.
A smart business decision
Comments: Using Conduit has helped speed things up for our business. Using Conduit helps keep truck drivers in their trucks and our of our plant for safety. All of our employees like using Conduit and say its easy and user friendly.

The simplicity of conduit, helps us streamline our inbound and receiving prosses. It has saved us so much time booking appointments and checking in drivers.

There is not much that can be disliked. Any troublesome aspect, or feature that we have needed, have been taken care of right away.

Comments: I really like it. It is fairly easy to use and makes my job easier.

The fact that vendors can do their own scheduling and see what times we have available. The information that is available to see on the dock schedule. The support we receive when we need something added or changed.
Cons:
When a vendor reschedules it removes the appointment from the day it was originally on. It would be nice for it to show on the original appointment rescheduled.

Comments: I have been using Conduit for a little over 6 Months. It was very easy to learn and simple to use. Tt helps us a great deal!

I enjoy how simple and easy to use the product is. While it is simple, it has so many features that gives it an edge up on other products like it. I also appreciate how responsive and helpful the staff is.

Best Appt Scheduling System for DCs
Comments: It has been very helpful for scheduling purposes. Very helpful overall
Pros:
I like the multiple functions I am able to perform on conduit such as schedule inbound and outbound deliveries giving visibility to the entire DC

Not being able to save carrier details for easier booking purposes. I wish we could save carrier profiles and select the profile with saved contacts instead of entering it every appt
Dock visability
Pros:
I like the approach that Conduit team is taking in order to resolve one the "black holes" in the warehouse, the dock. The visibility this tools gives me is a great feature that allows me to manage my team better and understand better the flow of traffic into my facility yard.
Cons:
I think Conduit is doing a great job and working hard to resolve a pain point for many warehouse managers. I believe the team has more ground to cover but I see a lot of promise here!

As I'm writing this review I'm going back and forth into conduit to try and find a con. and I can not come up with one. The only thing is that that after you chat with the driver the chat doesn't always go away after you have opened it.

The software is very user-friendly, so minimal training is needed. The support team was always available to answer any questions immediately. I like the more "up-to-date" approach that Conduit is taking by including QR codes, texting, etc. Makes it easier on all involved.
