Comments: My overall experience is great. One word to explain this software is "simplicity".

Pros:

The feature I love most is the ability to schedule my listings and have them set for a specific time and date. This enables me to stay organized while planning ahead for future creative listings pertaining to my retail shop.

Cons:

I see nothing wrong with this software so far. I have only been using it for 2 weeks and love everything about my scheduler.

Efficient method to publish to multiple locatoins

Comments: Before GMB Post Scheduler it was a manual process, creating posts for each individual location which took quite a bit of time depending on the number of locations. I highly recommend this tool.

Pros:

GMB Post Scheduler enables us to publish posts to multiple locations at once. It's very easy to use and has given me back a few hours every day to attend to other tasks.

Cons:

Performance data for Posts, but with UTM codes is not an issue because we can capture data in GAnalytics.

Comments: I love using this software and had a very good experience especially since I can use it right out of the batch and dont have to go through any learning curve. This is so much easy to use and works seemlessly.

Great app to communicate with customers

Comments: Overall, it has been great. I highly recommend all the small and mid size business owners to move to google my business.

Pros:

Very useful app for promoting new business and engaging with customers. Cuts lot of noise and misplacement at multiple apps. Also helps in getting new customers.

Cons:

Messaging in the app is still a big issue. But it's getting better with every update. Image upload is also a concern at times. Hope it comes out much cleaner and stronger with the bug fixes

Good way to provide info to users

Comments: Google my business posts is a great way to improve your businesses SEO and remind information to customers that are searching for it

Pros:

I like that you can directly provide information to google search results in Google Maps using the Google my business posts solution. It’s an easy way to get information out to people that want to find it

Cons:

Only about the first hundred characters is so I displayed to the users, they have to click to see more.

Cons:

Comments: One of the best features is Googles terrific customer support!

Pros:

Google my business is an important part of Digital Marketing, not to be missed. The Google My business post scheduler makes it easy for me and my team to keep up with our google my business postings in a simple and streamlined weekly manner.

Cons:

The user interface is simplistic and not as robust as our other paid scheduling tools. That said, we still like the added value of google my business scheduler and implement it across all our client accounts on a weekly basis.

Comments: The customer service is the best I have seen. I was called before I was even done filling out my account and was able to get an on the spot platform walk through. Very much appreciated.

Pros:

I am now able to manage multiple GMB listings with the click of a button. Huge time saver and the cost is a no brainer.

Not really a con, but if I could they could reccommend some additional tips that would be sweet

A perfect tool to schedule post on Google MyBusiness

Comments: It's great: easy, quick, full of features and the pricing is good.
I like the multi post feature which allows to post the same news to a lot of mybusiness pages.
It's easy to select the type of post, the picture, the text, the dates, ...
I save a lot of time with this feature.

Pros:

It's easy to use. You don't even need tutorials. You find each button where you are waiting it and it does what you hope. My setup took only some minutes. I had be able to multi post to some Google MyBusiness pages in minutes. I like the pricing: you pay for what you use.

Cons:

For the moment nothing. I have some very advanced and complex needs to which the tool can't reply. But it's very specific and even in this case, the support helps me to find a solution.

Comments: Overall experience has been a good one. No posts have gone missing, which is probably the most important.

Pros:

I love Post Manager! It's so easy to get all your posts done at once and schedule them throughout the day or week rather than keep going back to create more content when you're busy with other tasks.

Cons:

Facebook has a post scheduler so it's a bit redundant, but still very useful if you take the time to use it.
