Assasement and selection process is easier
Pros:
In order to staff our available positions as quickly as possible, we rely on this online interviewing program. It's easier now to assess hundreds of people for a particular role than previously. JopurneyFront has made it much more straightforward to submit a single evaluation to many prospects. And we may do so whenever it's convenient for us.
Cons:
When there are more than eight questions, you may feel that the test takes a lengthy time to complete, especially if your network connection is slow. This, nevertheless, is not a significant issue.

One of the best aspects of working with Journeyfront has been the exceptional team. Over our three-year partnership, we've had the pleasure of collaborating with three different Customer Success Managers, each of whom has consistently exceeded our expectations. Cons:
While Journeyfront offers many valuable features, one area for improvement is its limited integration with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Our recent search for a new ATS revealed that many popular options lacked direct integration and even duplicated certain functionalities already available within the Journeyfront platform. This can create inefficiencies and potential data inconsistencies.
Good platform, false information on capabilities
Comments: Overall is not that good because our main focus was to share the candidates to our clients on a clean and visual way.
Pros:
I like how easy it is to build the plan for positions and how all the information is consolidated
Cons:
schetchy information when selling. Theres no way to easily share candidates with our clients. No CRM

Pros:
Very user-friendly recruitment tool. It operates quickly and efficiently, making the hiring process smoother. One of the standout features is that logins don't expire as frequently as other tools, eliminating the need to constantly log back in. This saves a lot of time and reduces frustration, making the overall experience seamless and more productive.
Cons:
One drawback is the inability to remove the KO (knockout) status on a candidate, which limits flexibility in managing candidate profiles.

The thing I least like about journeyfront is the changing target. I feel we have had to adjust constantly before making informed decisions

Comments: Great service and an easy implementation process.

The customer service and partnership I received was top notch. They worked with us throughout implementation. Although I did not get to see the implementation through to completion, it was a pleasure working with that team.
Cons:
Because I was only working with the software through the majority of implementation, I did not get to see it in action. So I cannot speak to that performance.

Pros:
I learned about Journeyfront this last week, and met with many of their team members. I was impressed with their professionalism. They help companies find the right hires, and when you have them, they help maintain those teams. The software and reporting looks clean and simple.

I thought about this in detail. I would like to use Journeyfront more in order to really understand the software better. At this point, I'm all Pros!
