As I'm the only one using the account, I'm quite appalled that someone else can book and generate labels using their fake names as Senders, and were not stopped in time, rather not monitored or flagged even though the phone numbers for the shipments were just "xxxxxx" or "oooo". I had been using only my name as Sender to book and generate labels all these years.
