Good, but with some pints to improve

I find the tool is in a good track to become really great

It should improve on UX/UI because some options are still not that easy to use

Zoho is definitely one of the easiest to use recruiting apps. It has multiple features and plug ins that make managing a huge talent pool super easy. It has features that can be altered according to your needs and that is fantastic.

Cons:

I think it can be a bit complicated to use for someone who is not good with handling technology. But it also makes sense because it has multiple features.

Comments: From my experience, Zoho Recruit has still allowed me to save time in organizing job postings and candidates. It's a good software overall.

Pros:

Zoho Recruit allows me to manage the entirety of my recruitment process. It helps me create job postings, schedule interviews, sort candidates, and more. The automation feature for certain tasks is also a major plus.

Cons:

I didn't like the analysis and reporting provided by Zoho Recruit for evaluating the recruitment process, which I found less effective.

Zoho Recruit - The Need in Talent Management

Comments: My experience is 10/10. I am just amaze!

Pros:

Zoho Recruit allows Recruiters to recruit and handle the 360 of recruiting. Their platform is awesome, especially being able to create workflows, hand off to hiring manager, templates and just the User Interface and WORKING mobile app.

Cons:

There is nothing I dislike about Zoho Recruit it connects with all my applications.

First class recruitment system with all of the features needed at a significantly lower price point than competitors

Great Solutions for Recruitement

Pros:

This software is so user friendly and interface of software is good. Especially the I love that this software can intigrate with most of the job board I use in company for job publishing.

Cons:

However, sometime to much customization might be confusing for end user and I think at some point of portal setting there is lack of information and use manual about settings

Job Portal I needed

Pros:

I like that I can have a job portal and staffing software that assist me with the hiring process. Zoho Recruit makes it easy to staff and hire.

Cons:

The price is reasonable, and the software is very user-friendly.

Comments: Positive so far, it seems to have a good feature -set for the money.

Pros:

Seems broad in function and has many of the necessary features.

Some features are available at certain subscription levels, understandably, but it's not always clear from the help files.

Comments: It has been good and has expedited our hiring process.

My experience though is limited to the free trial, I liked the ease of using the product and its great user interface. Customization available in the product adds to it unique elements.

Cons:

Demo videos will help the new users to self learn the product, which shall also limit the dependency on support staff, also learning can be paced as per convenience

This platform has made the hiring process easier to carry out, allowing a better evaluation of the requirements for each candidate and having a follow-up of each process without losing track. It has been possible to simplify the processes to give faster answers and hire people more agile
