Low cost Affiliate Software used on Shopify

Comments: It has been successful for us. Affiliates are pleased that they can get paid automatically once a threshold is reached.

Pros:

It was low cost so a good way of trialling the effectiveness of customers becoming affiliates. Affiliates really like being able to set up their own affiliate groups.

Cons:

Not any major cons... we have not managed to get too many people to use the app which is as shame as it does make it easier to share content on social channels and tag posts correctly.

An easy to mange affiliate solution

Comments: Fantastic boost to one of our customers. Have repeatedly recommended this solution to multiple businesses to increase their sales.

Pros:

The ability to leverage affiliates to create more, eg its an MLM platform. Also the affiliate marketplace

Cons:

The number of affiliates brought from the marketplace isnt what was initally expected.

Comprehensive product but bad CS

Comments: Comprehensive features but low CS service level. I suggest the product team to prioritize to maintain the main features, make sure there is no bug rather than keep developing new features to attract users.

Pros:

Their products are compreshensive, working in Woocommerce and Shopify, with multiple features like affiliate shop and management etc.

Cons:

1. Probably they need to maintain so many features, there are bugs in the software, for example there was a problem about sales auto verification for the affiliate. 2. We submitted a support ticket immediate but the CS response very slow(more than a month) and they can't help to fix the bug for over 3 months

Fast and easy

Pros:

Easy to setup with fast improvement . Assistance are fast to reply and solve your traboules fast too.

Cons:

Nothing yet! The free version is a real support for any company and deserve a great report for this.

Pros:

We are currently in the process of transitioning to GoAffPro. We are in the testing stages now. The integration to Shopify was simple! This program has many more features than other standard Affiliate Programs. The party plan makes this program a star!

Cons:

We have not used it enough to have any major issues. There have been a few hiccups on features that we did not completely understand. However, Customer Service was able to explain the process and how to work around it with in 24 hours.

Great Affiliate Software

Comments: Overall, I enjoyed using this software but ultimately switched because the customer service just wasn’t up to par. They were too slow to resolve issues. Otherwise, great software that increased our sales through affiliates.

Pros:

I love how easy it is to manage affiliate sales and progress in one place. It really helps when it comes to making informed business decisions. Having affiliates has also increased our sales which has been wonderful.

Cons:

The customer service is not great. They can definitely improve their response time.

Great for custom solutions

Comments: Great experience. Highly customizable, one of the most complex affiliate management software out there. Their customer support is super quick and knowledgeable. I saw a few bad reviews about customer support. I think they develop each day, so their team handles requests much better these days.

Pros:

We are running an affiliate program directory, and we have a manual process. When we decided to create our own affiliate program, we searched for a software that can match our custom needs. GoAffPro provides that solution. Coupons are crucial for us to track online and offline leads. Their coupons are exactly what we need. Their MLM features can be set extensively. Their support is simply amazing. They always go above and beyond every time we have an extra custom request.

Cons:

We are satisfied with everything so far. Even if we miss a feature, they try to add it quickly and create a frictionless experience for us.

Ideal app for our purposes

Comments: We needed a simple, easy to use and professional solution for our business model, which is a combination of direct marketing and MLM mainly for small and middle size affiliates. We got all we needed from the app.

Pros:

We needed an individual configuration, and I was surprised and happy that this app could follow all my ideas on low cost and professional way. Also the translation of the app is great, which is important, since we use it in non English countries. We needed support for the instalation since we never used similar app before. We got and still get great & quick support from the customer service. Thank you a lot!

No cons by now, the app works without any failure.

Excellent Affiliate Management Platform with MLM capabilities

Pros:

It has a lot of useful features, MLM capabilities, and a clean, intuitive, and polished dashboard. We can create different groups of affiliates with different commission levels. Different levels of commissions can be set for different product categories or individual products. It integrates with all big e-commerce platforms, plus it can be integrated with custom e-commerce websites. The support is very responsive and top-notch.

Cons:

I don't really see downsides to this software.

Incredible value

Comments: I've made a considerable part of my revenue thanks to GoAffPro and will continue doing so on a regular basis.

Pros:

I know this sounds too good to be an organic review, but it is. Over the course of the last two years I have simply become an immense fan of GoAffPro. We use it as affiliate for several merchants and the product itself is so easy to handle that none of my customers hat any problems installing the plugin and managing their account. The transparency is better than any other affiliate managing software I've seen to date. But the best thing is the service of the GoAffPro team. These guys are spectacular! Come with any problem and they will not only have solutions ready for most of them but go to extreme lengths to solving the rest. I'm very impressed and will and do recommend GoAffPro to any of my contacts.

Cons:

I would love GoAffPro to be compatible with more shop systems like Gambio and such so we can switch all our customers over.

Best Bang For Your Buck! It's FREE!

Comments: Great! I was worried that we wouldn't resolve the issue we had on our site, but they kept giving us support until it worked and now here we are sharing the knowledge!

Pros:

It's completely free has great features for any store. Best feature is you can use their auto apply 'coupon code' from a ref link! Try to get that in a plug-in anywhere, you are going to pay $400 or use 2-3 plug-ins on Woocommerce, alone. This saved our life, love it, support team even helped us fix an issue on our site, did it quick and for free! You can't beat it. If you're reading this, download, try, you won't regret it.

Cons:

Sometimes the site doesn't load but if you refresh it'll kick in, that's the only con but could be a server issue, it is NOT CHEAP to host all of this for free. So I can live with it for all the upsides to it so far, this is amazing.
