Pros:

Because I save so much time with Mend, I have more time to call my patients, see more patients, and process them faster. At the end of the day, medicine is a business, so time is money.

Cons:

A little frustrating, especially if someone makes a last minute video visit and we have to stop what were doing to add them into mend real fast before their appointment start time.

Pros:

I liked the attentiveness by the nurse that I spoke with. She was really eager to know and seemed to enjoy what she does. Very thorough in providing excellent care.

Trust and Understanding

Comments: My husband and I moved to Honolulu from NYC because our grandson was born here! He was born the same day my brother was killed in a car crash on a mountain road, speed limit 75 mph. I'm still going through early grief after the shock. But Mend therapy helps me embrace the joy and love of Honolulu even as I'm enfolded by brother's sudden death.

Pros:

[sensitive content hidden] is sympathetic, reassuring, and even inspiring when I discuss my worries with her. She helps me recognize my limits correctly so I'm less likely to interfere even when I know my efforts may backfire. She prescribes mood medication I've been taking for decades and has counseled me through an extraordinarily challenging time.

Cons:

Sometimes my internet connection or hers interrupts us, but even if I cannot see her and she cannot see me, we talk things through. Trust and clear communication are not disrupted by intermittent outages. Generally, I'm someone who prefers "in person" consultation, but my schedule is busy and no doubt hers is busier. This works for me.

Great customer service but poor technology quality

Comments: Tech needs major improvement, but communication was superb.

Pros:

Customer service comfortability, documenting and charting appropriately, specific questions asked and answered, clarifications understood, flexibility to adjust scheduling; very personable.

Cons:

Terms of services - use of Telehealth only available through consent, though terms state the patients info is not fully protected via emails and texts msg. Also, poor video quality - made it slightly uncomfortable not being able to see myself on the screen, as well as barely any visibility of the person I spoke with due to being an almost microscopic size.

Pros:

It's quick, simple, and easy. This service really saves me hours of time looking for someone to take me to the appointment, or worse, trying to walk there which is nearly impossible.

Cons:

Occasional tech issues, but normally it's easily fixed by just logging out and back in.

Comments: Bumpy at first, but after settling into your system and finding a practitioner who is clearly taking care of me has been magic.

Pros:

The continuity with [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful. I am finding her to be an excellent practitioner and I am very grateful for her approach to my medication management and general wellbeing.

Cons:

Honestly, I am so grateful for this assistance, I have no complaints. I don't even know how I would or could improve this service at present. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Pros:

Clear reception once we were able to establish the connection. Mend did help us work out the issue.

Cons:

The initial connection took some time to resolve. 5 minutes. I feel if this portal was open to enter at least 10 minutes before the meeting this issues could have not interfered with the meeting time.

Comments: I truly appreciate having a therapist as good as [sensitive content hidden]. She is one in a million and you should be proud to have her on your team.

Pros:

[sensitive content hidden], my therapist, is the most depthful and knowledgeable therapist that I have ever worked with. Her guidance and insight have been key to my healing progress. She can zero right in on the matters at hand and provide useful actions to take. Her sole interest is to make the healing permanent, not to keep a perpetual client.

Cons:

So far I have no dislikes about the service. Maybe that the sessions are conducted via video rather than in person. I’m not sure if a layer of connection is lost by the remote nature of the process.
