When it comes to use remote, I usually used Team viewer because Very Simple GUI, with secure and easily communicate or connect timely. And then, we can also instant on-file sharing and messaging. This feature is amazing for me.

It is trying to be all tools crammed into one UI and thus bad at all of them. They should really make a remote control only UI with all the funtionality of the old one. Also the new one seems to fail connections a LOT.
